Hi, Meet the Typical College Girl

Hi blogging world, I'm A Typical College Girl.

You may ask yourself, "Why do I care about what a typical college girl has to say?". I'm glad you asked. Because what else do you have to do? Take 5 minutes out of your day to read my petty complaints while drink my Starbs.

So to introduce myself, I am a freshman at Purdue University. I am pursuing a degree in no, not nursing, stop assuming. I'm in Agriculture Education. PLOT TWIST. not so typical college girl major. Though, a typical Ag major for Purdue University.

If you're unfamiliar with Purdue University, it is a well known agriculture school, with commendable science and engineering mumbo jumbo. Purdue is in West Lafayette, Indiana where it snows one day then its 65 degrees the next. So this makes my daily Starbucks order tough on if I should go for a hot or iced Chai Tea.

Anyway, I'm a proud Boilermaker, and this blog is not here to bash Purdue. Have I been mad at my University? Hellz bellz yes. But I still love Purdue, and I'm happy that it is my second home.

I'm from a small town in Indiana. (Are all towns in Indiana small? basically) I graduated from a high school of 100, where everybody knew everybody and their moms'. You've heard this this rant before. Basically my county was one big fam bam. I grew up with agriculture and that's why I came here to Purdue.

What is Ag Ed? You are just full of questions my dear reader. Ag Ed is a teacher who literally teaches agriculture. Soil, bugs, livestock, horticulture, food science, kern, you get the picture. I'll also be an FFA Advisor, and if you don't know what FFA is, man get out from under your rock and google something. Add 4-H in there if you don't know what that is. Those two things helped me find my career.

So now I'm here, at Purdue, with typical problems. But I can't talk them out like a regular person. So I'm just going to type about it and see if anyone finds them funny. I hope my problems can make you feel better about your legit, adult problems. Probably won't, but its worth a try.
